“There’s more to a rich learning environment than rugs and lamps.”  This topic was tackled in several of Cornerstone’s first newsletter publications; and since, a booklet entitled “Designing and Organizing a Literacy Rich Environment” has been complied by Cornerstone’s Lucille Lewis, MEd.  Go to the Cornerstone website (www.cornerstoneliteracy.org) and you can tap into some helpful ideas.
