Cornerstone Literacy staff is grounded in knowledge of research-based literacy practices and presents a diverse set of skills and experiences that include skill as professional developers and coaches; experience in reviewing school effectiveness against a set of indicators around teaching, learning, and leading; and firsthand experience in the roles we help develop (i.e., classroom teacher, teacher leader, teacher coach, principal, and district staff) in both urban and rural districts.
