The Cornerstone Literacy Summer Institute is an interactive experience designed to support teachers in implementing research-based strategies in literacy instruction.

Each Institute is created in collaboration with a partner district, drawing on the expertise of their “adaptive experts” – i.e., educators who continuously work to build capacity by seeking and implementing the current innovations in teaching and learning in order to serve their students more effectively. These adaptive experts often present in conjunction with Cornerstone Literacy staff to showcase strategies being implemented in their own classrooms.
