If at any time you feel that the conference is
not connecting as usual, call Cornerstone at 215-701-4500
1. At least an hour before the start of a scheduled video conference make sure you video conference Equipment is turned on. We would suggest doing it first thing in the morning.
This means:
1. Both televisions are on.
2. The video conference equipment is turned on:
You should see a green or yellow light on the front of the camera.
As the system boots up, make a note of the isdn status. If any are red, the phone company will need to be called. If the first line is red or two of the three lines are red, the conference for that day will probably not happen. Please contact the appropriate people.

2. 5 minutes after the start of a scheduled video conference and there is no connection: Restart the system
1. Turn the power switch ON THE CAMERA off
2. Count to 10
3. Turn the power switch ON THE CAMERA on
4. Call Cornerstone:215-701-4500
